Do you love juggling numbers and Excel spreadsheets while ensuring a clear overview of all company transactions? Are you also excited to apply your administrative and communication skills in the HR field? Then this might be the perfect role for you! In this newly created position, you will be a central point of contact for the entire company. But don’t worry – an experienced colleague will support you.
We offer a two-step recruitment process:
Step 1 First video call – We would like to know more about your mindset, your skills and your expectation
Step 2 If the first interview was OK for both sides, we will invite you to a technical interview. An expert will join that interview to have a technical conversation with you. Depending on the position the technical interview can also include programming tasks. For us, it is important to create a realistic environment within the recruitment process.
This is helpful and useful for both sides to get a better orientation. After the second step was successful we will make an offer to you.
