Who we are

DigitalTwin Technology (DTT) is a spin-off from Nuromedia, an international software company that specializes in interactive applications and designs its business models as a company builder. With DTT, however, the spin-off focuses more on the development of concrete industry solutions in the areas of technology, operations and services. Your new job – as soon as possible

To gradually build up a sales unit at our spin-off DigitalTwin Technology, we are looking for a design-driven and hands-on Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d) in full time as soon as possible who will make our offers for digital twins visible to the right companies and also convert them into successful orders.

As a future new colleague, you will work closely with our Managing Director to build a successful sales and customer network together. In detail, your tasks will look like this:

  • You provide proactive support in day-to-day operations and either use an existing network or build your own sales pipeline
  • You don’t shy away from picking up the phone directly, if necessary, to establish initial contact and present our portfolio
  • You work hand in hand with the sales and marketing departments of the Nuromedia and optimize our sales funnels
  • You develop strategies for acquiring new customers and continuously maintain the sales databases
  • You will prepare sales talks (online and on-site) that are customer-focused incl. presentations, USPs, case studies and postprocessing

Your profile

  • You own a work permit for Germany (please only apply if this is available)
  • Your residency lies in the are of Cologne or close surroundings
  • You speak and write German and English very fluently
  • You successfully studied Engineering, Product Engineering, Industrial Engineering or you have a strong technical understanding in those disciplines
  • You would like to build up a solid sales KPI landscape with us and enjoy working with business-focused numbers

  • You like to work independently but you also love to constantly challenge yourself to reach the next level of your personal development to become a professional sales manager
  • Even when things get stressful, you stay calm, confident and convincing
  • Travel within Germany is around 50 percent

It is a big plus

  • It is a plus, if you have already gained initial sales experience in the B2B environment, including generating initial leads and, if necessary, closing deals
  • General understanding or interest for Marketing and Sales
